From selecting study sites, to planning and controlling study projects, to coordinating all participants: As a project manager, Christin Goldbaum has had the running of national and international clinical trial projects and multicenter studies well in hand since September 2022. In this position, she is the link between clients, study participants, and the project team. In addition, she is a contact person for business partners and interested parties should they have any questions. Offer and contract management also falls within her area of responsibility at Invisio Clinical Studies Consulting. Furthermore, Christin Goldbaum recruits Flying Study Nurses and Clinical Research Associates for the projects she supervises and plans their deployments as required.
\nChristin Goldbaum can draw upon on her several years of project management experience in the clinical field \u2013 and incorporates her practical knowledge into her daily work. Being an examining healthcare and clinical nurse, she has previously worked as a Study Nurse herself and therefore knows both sides of the equation. She completed her Master of Science in Biomedicine at the University of W\u00fcrzburg. Christin Goldbaum is a native German speaker, but is also fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of Swedish.
